Gizelle Gay

Owner & Co-Founder

Gizelle is enthusiastic professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of autism. She has earned a Graduate Certificate in Behavioral Intervention in Autism from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Regina, complemented by an after degree in Education and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Educational Psychology. 

 

With over two decades of experience working with individuals with autism, Gizelle's journey began as a front-line staff member, evolving into a pivotal role as a Developmental Consultant at the Autism Resource Centre (ARC). Her extensive expertise extends beyond borders, having contributed significantly to organizations such as the Toronto Partnership Autism Services (TPAS) in Toronto, Ontario, where she served as an Intensive Behavioural Therapist under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

 

Gizelle's dedication is further reflected in her roles with the Geneva Centre for Autism, where she contributed as a respite worker and skill-building worker, and with Finding the Way Learning Centre, where she excelled as a Supervising Therapist. Her comprehensive skill set is enhanced through participation in numerous professional developments training sessions, culminating in the successful completion of the Ontario Provincial IBI training program.

 

Gizelle continues to shape her career with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
